Maybe I should get it just for the Yoshio Kiya interview. It's about time I get the final volume of Untold History of Japanese Game Developers, too, but I want to see more of that book before purchase. He's going to focus way more on what's already covered since he or another contributor bothered to play through and research instead of just list somewhere with basic details you can find on Japanese fansites. The level of detail Kurt's using for games not already covered on the site, like a number of PC-88 games, isn't satisfactory or trenchant regarding the games' contexts and history. For example, it's certainly not going to be a worthy "bible" for anything other than introducing many obscure games in full-color print. I have conflicting feelings about this project.
